Our stay at Motel Cofotel was a pleasant surprise. Despite the retro interior that took us back to the mid-80s with its dark carpets, old-fashioned lamps, and heavy curtains, the rooms were immaculate and well-kept. The helpful amenities like the iron, coffee maker, and hairdryer added convenience to our stay, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable.The charming lady at the check-in desk provided us with a warm welcome, despite our language barriers, and ensured we had a peaceful night's sleep in the quiet room. We appreciated the easy access through the back door, especially with our gear in tow. The free WiFi, cable TV, and air conditioning were welcome additions to our room, making our stay even more enjoyable.Located in Quebec's scenic Charlevoix region, Motel Cofotel offers a glimpse of the area's natural beauty, with easy access to attractions like the Gardens of Cap a l'Aigle. The friendly staff and dedication to guest satisfaction were evident throughout our stay, from the well-maintained rooms to the welcoming atmosphere. The hospitality, cleanliness, and comfortable amenities made our city break even more memorable.
